Multi Skilled Reception Team Member

Full-time Multi-Skilled Team Member position at Ibis Glasgow.

• A varied role combining Front Office and Food & Beverage duties.
• Responsibilities include welcoming guests managing check-ins and check-outs serving breakfast lunch and dinner supporting bar operations and assisting with reservations and back-office tasks.
• Delivering excellent customer service while working efficiently in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• 12.73 per hour with full training and opportunities for career progression within Accor.

Qualifications :

Qualifications / Requirements

• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in Hotels is preferred 
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional approach.
• Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work across different hotel departments.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to remain organised in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive proactive can-do attitude.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Willingness to learn develop new skills and complete relevant training.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
