Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician Domestic

Catch 22 are recruiting on behalf of an established maintenance contractor specialising in affordable housing repairs and maintenance services.

Were looking to a speak to skilled Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician - Domestic to join a reactive repairs team delivering high-quality maintenance works across occupied residential properties throughout Greater London and North London.

There are multiple positions available across several locations making this a great opportunity for experienced tradespeople looking for a long-term role with a busy and growing business.

Role Responsibilities:

• Carrying out reactive repairs and general building maintenance
• Delivering first-time fixes across a range of trade disciplines
• Working closely with residents and providing excellent customer service
• Using mobile technology to manage jobs and complete reports
• Ensuring all work is completed safely efficiently and to a high standard

Ideal Candidate

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in a relevant trade (Carpentry Plumbing Electrical Plastering Decorating Bricklaying Groundworks or similar)
• Multi-trade maintenance experience
• Knowledge of social housing or residential maintenance environments
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience using PDA or mobile job management systems
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
