Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
North Yorkshire Upto 49k Night Shift 7am - 7pm 3 nights per week
Were recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a busy manufacturing site playing a key role in maximising equipment reliability and production performance.
The Role
- Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across production machinery.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults to minimise downtime.
- Support continuous improvement and engineering projects.
- Help develop a proactive maintenance culture and improve equipment performance.
- Work closely with production to achieve site KPIs while maintaining high engineering and safety standards.
About You
- Previous maintenance engineering experience within manufacturing.
- Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
- NVQ Level 3 BTEC ONC or equivalent in an engineering discipline.
- Proactive team-focused and committed to continuous improvement.
- Good communication and IT skills with an understanding of PPM systems and manufacturing KPIs.
