Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Role Overview:Were currently expanding our team of experienced Maintenance Engineers and looking for a skilled engineer to work on a variety of projects with opportunities to grow your technical skills with advanced equipment and this role you will perform both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on manufacturing production and process equipment in accordance with GMP will work flexibly to meet business demands working in a safe manor to meet the agreed production schedules. Identify/work with the teams to actively improve equipment and processes within the value Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Provide and demonstrate expert level maintenance support to departmental manufacturing process and packaging equipment carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive faults ensuring minimal downtime of machinery and predictive maintenance tools and techniques to reduce equipment advanced level equipment breakdown and feedback to production and maintenance leadership and repair packaging/process/manufacturing and process service equipment to validated sound fault-finding diagnostic ability using fault finding all work is carried out safely and in line with health and safety regulationsContributing to continuous improvement and efficiency projectsIdentify root cause and provide solutions to issues working with relevant resources to equipment and assets in a safe compliant and reliable technical advice and solutions for equipment & Experience:Minimum 3 years experience within manufacturing with proven experience in a similar maintenance engineering to NVQ level 3 or equivalent in a relevant engineering fault-finding skills with a proactive approach to understanding of the pharmaceutical industry standards and regulatory requirements is an of lean manufacturing principles Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies is a literate familiar with Microsoft Word and Capabilities:Good organisational interpersonal and time management flexible conscientious and proactive in a positive approach to own training and decision making and problem-solving accuracy and attention to verbal and numerical aptitude communication team player with the ability to work we Offer:Attractive compensation package including a 27% shift premium pension scheme (up to 10% employer contribution).17 shifts holiday per year (plus bank holidays) plus service days after 5 years.
