Maintenance Engineer
Royal Tunbridge Wells Kent Monday to Friday 13:00 - 21:00 Permanent

Synergi are recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join a manufacturing business based in Royal Tunbridge Wells Kent.
This is a hands-on mechanically biased position where you will support the Maintenance Manager with the upkeep repair and smooth running of factory machinery and general site maintenance.
The Role
- Carrying out maintenance and repairs on factory machinery
- Diagnosing mechanical faults and carrying out repairs
- Supporting planned and reactive maintenance activity
- Assisting with general site maintenance including buildings grounds and workshop areas
- Keeping the maintenance workshop clean organised and safe
- Working closely with production and the wider site team
What We Are Looking For
- Mechanically biased maintenance experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing factory or production environment
- Hands-on approach to fault-finding and repairs
- Relevant engineering qualification
- Good record keeping
- Able to work well in a team and use own initiative
- Reliable practical and willing to support where needed
