Salary: 45000 - 55000 DOE (OTE up to 70000)

The Opportunity

Club Connective is recruiting on behalf of a well-established facilities management and building services organisation that delivers maintenance solutions to commercial clients across the UK.

Due to continued growth and business requirements our client is seeking an experiencedHVAC Engineer to join their South Region team.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance services across a portfolio of commercial buildings throughout London and the surrounding areas.

You will work across a variety of heating ventilation air conditioning and oil-fired systems ensuring equipment remains compliant operational and safe.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities.
• Diagnose and rectify faults on HVAC and air conditioning equipment.
• Attend reactive maintenance call-outs.
• Complete detailed service reports and compliance documentation.
• Ensure all work complies with industry regulations and health & safety standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships on site.
• Participate in an on-call rota where required.

Candidate Requirements

Essential

• F-Gas Certification.
• Air Conditioning experience.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilities.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.

Desirable

• OFTEC qualifications.
• Facilities Management background.
• Basic electrical fault-finding knowledge.
• Experience using digital job management systems.
