Join our Codi Repairs Team and play a handson role supporting homes and communities across Haverfordwest to Monmouthshire. Your office base will be Swansea with most of your work covering the Haverfordwest to Bridgend area keeping your days varied and on the move.

We offer a healthy worklife balance with Monday to Friday working plus the option of compressed hours on a 9day fortnight giving you extra time back for you.

This is a fulltime permanent role (40 hours per week) with a competitive salary of 33487 along with a great package designed to support you at work and beyond.

About the role

• Prioritise your core trade- plumbing with a particular focus on full bathroom refits from removal to installation.
• Build your skills in other areas as part of a supportive multi-skilled team
• See the real-world impact of your work in peoples homes
• Tools van and uniform provided so you can focus on the job
• Be part of a friendly down-to-earth team that values your skills and supports your development

Skills and experience needed

• City & Guilds or NVQ (or equivalent)inPlumbing(or significant experience)
• Practical experience in plumbing ideally in domestic settings
• Confidence working in peoples homes with a professional courteous approach
• Willingness to support other trades (e.g. basic carpentry plastering brickwork)
• Flexible positive attitude and strong commitment to health and safety
• Full UK driving licence

Bonus if youve worked in social housing or used mobile working systems but not essential.
