Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK and is home to some of the most iconic and popular beers & soft drinks including Carlsberg Danish Pilsner 1664 Poretti and Brooklyn to ale favourites such as Hobgoblin and Wainwright. For soft drinks Carlsberg Britvics brands include J2O Robinsons Tango and London Essence along with the licence rights to the Pepsi portfolio in the UK including Pepsi MAX 7UP Lipton Iced Tea and Rockstar Energy.

With a strong national footprint the Carlsberg Britvic business includes 5 production facilities and 16 logistics depots servicing customers up and down the UK. As these two historical businesses have come together the one common goal remains and that is ensuring our people succeed.

Reporting to the Process Team Leader youll play a key role in maintaining improving and optimising our production assets. Youll collaborate across engineering and production teams to keep our operation running safely efficiently and reliably.

Key Responsibilities

• System optimisation Work with engineering teams to improve performance reduce downtime and drive technical improvements.
• Mechanical & electrical maintenance Diagnose and repair faults using advanced tools and techniques.
• Safety & compliance Ensure full adherence to LOTO electrical safety and environmental standards maintaining detailed CBM records.
• Infrastructure support Maintain site utilities and electrical distribution systems to ensure reliable operation.

• Team collaboration Partner with production teams and mentor apprentices supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Lean practices Support 5S Kaizen and Autonomous Maintenance initiatives.
• Condition monitoring Conduct vibration analysis thermography ultrasound and other predictive maintenance activities.

Experience and Key Attributes:

• Recognised Mechanical Engineering qualification (HNC/HND NVQ Level 3 City & Guilds or equivalent)
• Experience in a multiskilled maintenance role within FMCG manufacturing or industrial environments
• Handson CBM experience
• Advantageous: certifications in welding hydraulics pneumatics or rotating machinery
• Experience using CMMS systems
• Strong mechanical faultfinding skills
• Fluent English (written & verbal)
• UK working rights
