Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer – Milton Keynes

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer to join a leading facilities management team supporting a prestigious corporate site in Tongwell Milton Keynes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrical engineer with strong building services and maintenance experience looking for a full-time temporary assignment.

• 25.06 per hour (PAYE)

• 28th July 2026 29th September 2026
  
• 45 hours per week
  
• Working hours to be confirmed
  

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical building services and associated equipment.
  
• Respond to reactive maintenance requests and electrical faults across the site.
  
• Diagnose faults and undertake repairs to minimise downtime.
  
• Maintain electrical systems including lighting power distribution emergency lighting and control systems.
  
• Carry out minor mechanical and general building fabric maintenance where required.
  
• Complete statutory compliance checks and ensure all maintenance records are accurately updated.
  
• Work closely with the facilities management team to deliver a high-quality maintenance service.
  
• Liaise with contractors and site personnel to coordinate maintenance activities.
  
• Ensure all work complies with current Health & Safety legislation and site procedures.
  

• Recognised Electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3 City & Guilds or equivalent).
  
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671).
  
• Previous experience working as a Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer within facilities management commercial buildings or industrial environments.
  
• Experience carrying out both planned preventative and reactive maintenance.
  
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
  
• Good understanding of statutory compliance and safe working practices.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Full right to work in the UK.
  

• Experience working within corporate office or commercial environments.
  
• Testing and Inspection qualification (2391 or equivalent).
  
• Knowledge of building management systems (BMS).
  
• IPAF and/or PASMA certification.
  
• General mechanical and building fabric maintenance skills.
  

• 25.06 per hour PAYE
  
• Weekly pay.
  
• Full-time temporary contract.
