We are seeking a driven and customer-focused IT Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is central to maintaining and developing strong client relationships identifying new business opportunities and ensuring our clients receive tailored technology solutions that support their growth. You will act as a trusted advisor working closely with technical teams to deliver value-led outcomes while contributing to NetVectors reputation for outstanding customer satisfaction and long-term client partnerships.

Account Management
Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts ensuring technology solutions
and managed services align with their business objectives.
Building strong long-term relationships as a trusted advisor to a range of stakeholders
Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
Gathering information and specifications and producing quotations for new and existing accounts and following up to progress the sale
Coordinating with technical teams to ensure services are delivered as promised
Conducting regular account reviews and identifying opportunities for service improvement
Proactively addressing client concerns and escalating issues when necessary
Renewing contracts and managing service agreement changes
Working closely with the Help Desk Engineers to deliver customer satisfaction
What we are looking for
2 plus years of experience within IT Sales MSP sales or Technology Account Management
Proven ability to close deals and grow existing accounts
Sound knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications
Working knowledge of Sales and Marketing principles and techniques
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both in written and verbal exchanges with prospects and customers
Confident to business network on a formal and informal basis
Full UK Driving Licence
