MSCI Index Consultant Asset Owner Client Segment, EMEA

• The team works closely with institutional investors across public and private DB/DC pension funds official institutions sovereign wealth funds endowments foundations and single-family offices
• Keeps clients apprised of major market trends and best practices related to asset allocation benchmarking risk management sustainable investment and cross-asset allocations
• Collaborates across MSCI Research Product and Coverage teams across regions to leverage MSCIs latest research tools and services aiming to continually add value to clients investment and operations processes
• Works very closely with MSCI Product Management Global Client Service Client Consultants Marketing Global Sales colleagues Legal Counsel and Finance Operations
• Educates clients about cross-asset investment trends and how MSCI can enable investors through ESG Research Climate Index Factor Private Asset and Analytics solutions
• Consistently meets and exceeds sales and business objectives identifies opportunities and closes sales to new prospects and works with the wider sales group to achieve cross-segment opportunities across all product lines

• Achieve targeted goals to establish new client relationships and win new clients
• Relationship management with existing clients building a deep understanding of client goals to ensure the new indexes align with clients needs
• Identification of up-selling and cross-product selling potential and play a key role in renewal management with account specific retention strategies
• Position all MSCI Index products and MSCI research with key stakeholders including clients such as the Strategy teams Head of Equities and CIO office

• Excellent communication networking and inter-personal skills with absolute personal and business integrity
• Innovative entrepreneurial customer orientated thinker with a strong consultative sales drive
• A team builder and player with emotional and professional maturity
• A good understanding of the institutional investment process including risk management active versus passive investing asset allocation and sustainability integration
