The Job
Our Head Bartenders are hardworking dedicated and strive to deliver the superior level of customer service that we are known for. Our teams have bags of personality and are confident working in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining THE ENTOURAGE GROUPs high standards. Responsibilities & Requirements

• Previous experience in a Head Bartender / Senior Bartender position.

• Extensive knowledge of mixology spirits and beverage trends.

• Able to work efficiently and remain calm in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.

• Manage inventory control costs and contribute to the overall success of the bar.

• Develop and curate an exceptional cocktail menu that complements MR PORTERs brand identity.

• Leadership skills to inspire a team of talented bartenders fostering a culture of excellence and creativity.

• Communicate clearly and effectively with guests other staff members and management.

• Ensure the highest standards of service and presentation are maintained at all times.

• Living in London (flexible with commuting)

• You have your UK Visa / Work Permit to work in London
