Position: Mortgage Administrator

Our Client is a leading financial institution that provides a wide range of mortgage services to its clients. We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Mortgage Administrator to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process and review mortgage applications ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required documentation

- Liaise with clients lenders and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and resolve any issues

- Maintain accurate records of all mortgage transactions and update internal databases

- Prepare and submit mortgage documents to lenders for approval and funding

- Monitor and track mortgage payments ensuring timely and accurate processing

- Assist in the preparation of mortgage reports and analysis for management

- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients responding to inquiries and providing support as needed

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage administration or a similar role

- Strong knowledge of mortgage processes regulations and documentation

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and mortgage software programs

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
