Were excited to be growing our brand-new Home Instead Mendip Hills team and were looking for bright bubbly and compassionate Morning Care Assistants to join our amazing team!

Supporting clients across Cheddar Winscombe Mendip Hills Midsomer Norton Radstock Frome and the surrounding villages youll help people live happily safely and independently in the comfort of their own homes.

Every client is unique and so is every day! As a Morning Care Assistant youll provide person-centered support that helps people continue to enjoy life on their own terms.
This will include supporting with daily routines shopping visits medication personal care meal preparation and light home help tasks.

As a Morning Care Assistant we can offer you:

• 12.85 per hour during the week
• 13.50 per hour at weekends
• Double pay on bank holidays
• Paid travel time at 12.71 per hour
• Mileage between clients paid at 35p per mile

You dont need to have previous care experience to get started if you have the right attitude and a genuine desire to make a difference wed love to hear from you!
We need you to be aged 18 or over and have the availability to work an alternate weekend (both Saturday & Sunday). Due to the nature of the role a full driving licence and access to a vehicle is also desired.
