Role overview
As a part-time Morning Care Professional youll support clients during the most important part of their day the morning. Working from 8am or earlier youll visit regular clients helping them feel confident comfortable and ready for the day ahead.
Whether assisting with morning routines preparing breakfast or sharing a friendly chat over a cup of tea your presence will bring reassurance dignity and a positive start to every day.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients with morning personal care routines (bathing dressing)
- Prepare nourishing breakfasts and warming drinks tailored to client preferences
- Carry out light housekeeping (making beds tidying rooms washing up laundry)
- Provide medication reminders and monitor wellbeing
- Offer companionship through gentle morning activities (reading music music puzzles)
- Accompany clients into the community or run small errands when needed
What were looking for
- A naturally caring patient and reliable nature
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail when following care plans
- Availability for morning shifts starting from 8am
- Ability to travel between local coastal visits (own transport preferred)
- No prior experience required (full training provided)
