Molecular Biology Scientist

were looking for a talented Scientist to join our expert team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a molecular biologist with experience in a GLP GMP GCLP or other highly regulated laboratory environment who enjoys combining science problem-solving and project leadership in a fast-paced setting.

What youll be doing

• Lead and manage client studies from initiation through to reporting ensuring delivery to quality regulatory and turnaround-time expectations.
• Perform molecular biology testing data analysis and interpretation with a strong focus on quality and compliance.
• Support investigations deviations CAPAs and continuous improvement activities.
• Work closely with clients Quality Assurance teams and laboratory management to deliver exceptional service.
• Help coordinate laboratory resources schedules and workloads to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
• Act as a scientific expert troubleshooting technical challenges and supporting colleagues across the laboratory.

Qualifications :

Who were looking for

Youll have experience working in a regulated GLP GMP or GCLP laboratory environment ideally within pharmaceuticals biotech biologics vaccines or CRO/CDMO organisations.

Were interested in candidates who have:

• A degree in Molecular Biology Biological Sciences or a related discipline
• Strong hands-on molecular biology laboratory experience
• Experience working within a regulated environment (GLP GMP GCLP or equivalent)
• Excellent data analysis problem-solving and communication skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results to challenging timelines
