Mixer Driver

Overview

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Class 2 Driver to operate a Concrete Mixer Truck. This role would suit someone with HGV experience who has a positive attitude is willing to learn and is happy to be part of a hands-on team.

Full training on Mixer Operations will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class 2 Concrete Mixer Truck and deliver concrete to customer sites

• Discharge loads wash out the mixer after each pour and ensure the vehicle is kept clean and well maintained

• Carry out daily vehicle checks and comply with all driving and safety regulations

• Support the wider team when required including assisting with general duties on site

• Occasionally work away from home anywhere within the UK on a rota basis

Requirements

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence and Driver CPC

• A minimum of 12 months HGV driving experience preferred (less experience may be considered)

• Willingness to work away from home when required

• Strong work ethic team player and a good attitude
