Jonathan Wood Vets is looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly social team where we pride ourselves on our teamwork and our supportive environment.

Based in beautiful Mid Devon were a busy mixed practice providing a high level of personal professional care for all our patients and clients - while putting worklife balance and wellbeing at the heart of what we do.

About the Role:

Youll enjoy a genuinely varied caseload with a busy small animal component alongside farm and equine work. Wed be especially keen to hear from vets interested in developing our farm and equine services.

CPD is actively encouraged with a generous allowance and professional fees and subscriptions are paid for. We ensure full support is given for career progression; whatever stage of your career you are at youll be part of a collaborative team where youll learn and develop your skills.

Working Pattern:

• 4day working week (part-time considered)
• Normal hours 8am6pm
• Participation in our own OOH rota with RVN support where needed
• Long weekend off after every weekend on call

About You:

• Confident and experienced Veterinary Surgeon
• Interest in all areas of mixed practice (farm equine and small animal)
• Enthusiastic teamfocused and keen to continue learning
• Ambition to develop clinically with full support from the practice
