About the Role

Were looking for anexceptional Account Managerto oversee a portfolio of 50 customers ( employees) focusing onupselling new and existing products. As the main point of contact for these accounts youll be their trusted advisor guiding them through Mimecasts cutting-edge technology stack and helping them tackle todays cybersecurity challenges.

What Youll Do

• Achieve and exceedmonthly/quarterly/annual upsell revenue targets.
• Prevent churn and mitigate downsell within your assigned accounts.
• Partner with theChannel Development Teamto create and execute impactful account plans.
• Drive incremental revenue by selling new technology into existing customers.
• Follow a provenend-to-end sales methodologyto close deals efficiently.
• Continuously develop your skills through training and knowledge-building sessions.

What Youll Bring

Were looking for adriven dynamic and results-oriented professionalwith:

• Proven cybersecurity sales experience(3 years).
• A proven track record ofmeeting and exceeding revenue quotas.
• Experience working withcorporate IT teamsand selling throughChannel partners.
• Familiarity withSalesforce CRMand the ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
• Strong communication skills a positive outlook and acan-do attitude.
• Knowledge or experience inSAAS cybersecurity email/messaging or enterprise ITis a huge plus!

The OTE salary range for this position is plus benefits. This range represents the minimum and maximum new hire compensation for this role. The position may also be eligible for incentive plans and additional benefits in accordance with company policy and local regulations. Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location with individual compensation also dependent on factors such as qualifications experience and skills. Final offers will reflect these considerations and may vary accordingly.
