Were supporting a consultancy that specialises in business and digital transformation known for fostering strong relationships while designing and delivering large-scale complex transformations worldwide.
They are looking for a junior to mid-level PMO / Project Support Consultant with hands-on experience using Microsoft Project / Microsoft Project Online / Project Web App. The role will support project planning reporting and coordination across active delivery workstreams.

- Setup and structure Microsoft Project Online for a new programme
- Maintain project plans milestones dependencies and key delivery updates within Microsoft Project Online / PWA
- Support PMO reporting including status updates resource tracking risks issues and governance packs
- Work with project managers and stakeholders to keep project information accurate timely and aligned with delivery requirements
- An independent consultant
- Practical experience with Microsoft Project Online Project Web App or Microsoft Project
- Strong project coordination / PMO support skills including planning reporting and documentation
- Good stakeholder management attention to detail and ability to work across multiple workstreams
- Consultancy background is preferred
