About the role
Were looking for a Micromobility and Accessibility Officer to help shape the future of inclusive sustainable transport across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
Youll play a key role in supporting our e-bike and e-scooter services alongside developing and monitoring accessibility and inclusion initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to help improve low-carbon travel choices and make transport more accessible for disabled and mobility-impaired people.
What youll be doing
Youll:
- Coordinate the day-to-day operation of the e-scooter trial and e-bike service acting as the main contact for the operator.
- Monitor performance contract compliance usage safety modal shift carbon impacts and accessibility.
- Work with local authorities police universities operators and community stakeholders.
Were looking for someone with:
- A degree or equivalent experience in transport planning transport operations or a related discipline.
- Experience in transport micromobility accessibility policy or a related field.
- Experience managing projects contracts or trials involving multiple stakeholders.
- K public-sector context would be desirable.
