Monday to Friday No Weekends!

Up to 50000 Basic Salary!

Lets face it everyone wants experienced MET Technicians.

The problem is nobody wants to give the next generation a chance.

Our client sees things differently.

Theyre a busy well-established Accident Repair Centre with a strong reputation a full workshop and plenty of work coming through the doors. What theyre looking for now is someone who has already started their MET career and wants to take it further.

You dont need 10 years experience. You dont need every manufacturer qualification under the sun.

What you do need is the right attitude a willingness to learn and the drive to become a top-class technician.

The workshop has experienced people around you support when you need it and a management team that understands that good technicians arent found overnight theyre developed.

The role itself is exactly what youd expect. Stripping vehicles refitting components working alongside the wider repair team and making sure vehicles go back out the door repaired properly.

What theyre looking for:

• Some previous MET Strip & Fit or bodyshop experience
• A genuine interest in vehicle repair
• Someone who takes pride in doing a job properly
• A team player who wants to keep learning and improving

Salary and Benefits

• Up to 50000 depending on experience
• Monday-Friday only (8am-5:30pm). No weekends!
• Ongoing training and development
• 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
