Merchandise Administrative AssistantAllocator

The Role

• Manage allocation of merchandise across stores and online channels based on sales trends demand forecasts and inventory levels
• Track store performance and recommend stock transfers consolidations or replenishment actions
• Prepare allocation reports trading updates and inventory analysis for senior management
• Partner closely with Merchandising Planning and Production teams to support product distribution within the leading UK omnichannel group
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure data integrity across systems
• Support markdown clearance and end-of-season activities to reduce excess inventory
• Identify opportunities to improve allocation processes stock efficiency and customer availability

Qualifications :

Skills & Requirements 

• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Ability to maintain strong relationships across multiple departments
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with retail allocation/planning systems
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Previous experience in allocation merchandising planning or retail operations preferred
• Regular visits to the London Head Office required.

Additional Information :

This role is full-time working 40 hours per week.
