Mental Health Floating Support Worker

24454.04 per annum for 37 hours per week

Based in Hull

This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference for individuals across Hull as they progress in their mental health recovery journey. You will provide support to people in their own homes with the aim to develop and maintain their living skills independence and overall wellbeing.

You should have previous experience of supporting people to improve their mental health using a person-centered approach which respects individuals experiences and preferences. The ability to work on your own initiative whilst contributing positively to a team will be key to the success of this role.

Applicants will need a full current driving licence and access to their own transport for work purposes as the role will involve travel in and around Hull.
