Membership Experience Host

What Youll Be Doing

• Welcoming members and guests ensuring every interaction is positive and professional.
• Supporting membership sales and retention by providing excellent service and guidance.
• Driving secondary spend KPIs by promoting products and services available in-club.
• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across the club.
• Acting as a competent key holder opening and closing the club as required.
• Handling administrative duties including use of the membership software system.
• Staying informed about fitness challenges classes and gym floor focuses actively taking part to promote engagement.
• Supporting the Fitness Manager and wider team in delivering gym floor initiatives.
• Ensuring member feedback and complaints are handled professionally and escalated when needed.
• Actively experiencing the products and services on offer so you can confidently recommend them to members.

Qualifications :

About You

• Outgoing positive and passionate about delivering great customer experiences.
• Confident in administration and able to handle day-to-day club systems.
• Sales-focused with the drive to hit membership and retention targets.
• Flexible and adaptable able to work varied shifts and step into operational/key holder duties when needed.
• Passionate about fitness with a genuine interest in our products and services.
• Ambitious with a willingness to learn and develop your skills for future progression.
