Job Summary
Your Role:
Were looking for a Medical Sales Specialist to join our Homecare team specialising in our continence and stoma product portfolio and helping to grow our presence across your region.
In this role you will play a key part in promoting and selling our continence and stoma range to both existing and potential customers across NHS and private healthcare settings. Youll build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals understand their clinical needs and position our products with confidence backed by strong clinical knowledge and professional selling skills.
This is a varied and impactful role combining handson sales activity with strategic account management and crossfunctional collaboration to support patient outcomes and drive business growth.

Your main responsibilities:
Sales & Territory Growth
- Promote and sell the Homecare product range identifying customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Grow key accounts by building strong relationships and driving product adoption.
- Stay informed on clinical trends and competitor activity to support strategic planning.
Customer Relationships & Engagement
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with healthcare professionals across NHS and private sectors.
- Understand evolving customer needs and provide highvalue evidencebased solutions.
- Represent the company at meetings events exhibitions and customer training sessions.
Operational Excellence
- Manage your sales pipeline keep CRM records accurate and meet KPI and reporting expectations.
- Provide timely feedback on market insights and work collaboratively with internal teams.
Collaboration & Continuous Development
- Work crossfunctionally with Nursing Product Management Marketing and Sales Support.
- Contribute to team learning through knowledge sharing or mentoring where appropriate.
- Take responsibility for ongoing development of product knowledge and commercial skills.
What youll need to succeed:
- Experience in healthcare field sales within the UK market.
- Strong relationshipbuilding and communication skills.
- Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and clinical professionals.
- Analytical approach with the ability to interpret sales data.
- Highly motivated driven and commercially focused.
- A full UK driving license and a willingness to travel.
