Job Summary

Role: Medical Receptionist

Location: Portland House Deane Gate Avenue Taunton TA1 2UH

This role will be based within our Taunton Hospital cluster which involves working across multiple sites across the region.

Hours: Full-time position 37.5 hours per week working 4 days out of 6 from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Salary: 25000

Responsibilities:

  • We need somebody to ensure that all visitors and telephone callers to the practice are greeted professionally
  • You will register new patients scan documents onto our medical system send letters to patients as necessary & photocopy notes and other information
  • You will make appointments for our patient applying your understanding of patient confidentiality & attention to detail
  • Managing reception responsibilities for each clinic
  • Effective with all administration tasks
  • Providing excellent customer care to all our patients
