Requirements
The medical negligence work includes:
Medical negligence.
Misdiagnosis
Psychiatric illnesses
Instructing counsel and experts
Communicating with the Defendants.
Gather and compile evidence
Asist in identifying any legal issues
Schedule losses and review statements and particulars
Assist the partner with ad hoc work for the department
