Media & Content Creation Intern Bali based

Youll work on real media and content across our portfolio companies covering filming editing and publishing the work we actually ship. The subject is always the work itself not the person in front of it.

This is hands-on media work. Youll be expected to plan a shoot get the footage cut it and publish it. Then look at what happened and do it better the next time.

Our group has spent thirty years building companies across New York London and Tokyo. Today our teams operate from a 4000 sqm campus in Canggu Bali. Across the group we have raised and deployed more than $150M and operate portfolio companies across energy bioproduction and AI infrastructure.

Depending on team needs current projects and your interests you may work across:

Zero-X
Thermochemical conversion and distributed energy with 200 systems live across 11 countries.

Seraph Group
Decentralized bioproduction combining AI robotics and synthetic biology on one platform.

Gemino AI
The AI infrastructure layer supporting systems and workflows across the group.

Your media work may include:

• Filming builds systems and the people running them
• Editing short form and long form video for LinkedIn YouTube and the website
• Writing scripts hooks and captions for the videos you cut
• Publishing content and tracking how it performs
• Supporting photo and video shoots from planning through to delivery
• Building and maintaining a library of footage and assets
• Covering events including talks demos and the summit

Were looking for candidates who:

• Have completed or are close to completing a university degree in Film Media Production Communications Journalism Visual Arts or a closely related field
• Have a solid understanding of video production editing and post production
• Have hands-on experience shooting and editing through university projects internships or personal projects
• Have experience with editing software and basic motion or graphic tools
• Have experience publishing content on LinkedIn YouTube or similar platforms
• Can work independently learn quickly and solve practical production problems
• Are able to work fully on-site in Bali for 4 to 6 months

This internship can also be completed as part of a university internship requirement.

We dont expect you to already know our style but you should be able to shoot something that looks and sounds intentional.
