Mechanical & Pump Service Engineer

Are you an experienced Pump or Mechanical Engineer looking for a varied hands-on role with excellent overtime opportunities

Were recruiting for a skilled Engineer to carry out service maintenance overhaul and repair work on pumps motors and rotating equipment across the local area typically within a 50-mile radius.

The Role

Service repair and overhaul pumps motors fans and rotating equipment

Replace bearings mechanical seals and complete units

Maintain sewage pumping stations and associated equipment

Fault-find on mechanical and electrical systems

Work directly with customers and site representatives

Occasional working at height and in confined spaces training provided for this

Overtime and call-out available at premium rates

Youll Have

• 5 years pump overhaul experience
• 5 years motor overhaul experience
• Good knowledge of pumps motors inverters and electrical systems
• Understanding of electrical panels and controls
• Strong mechanical fault-finding skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Comfortable travelling locally and working on customer sites
