Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanical Fitter to join our team. The Mechanical Fitter will function iin the Fluid Intelligence production department.

- Assembling mechanical and/or Air operated components into finished products from sub-assemblies by following engineering drawings and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assemble parts sub-assemblies or completed units using tools like torque wrenches spanners sockets and pneumatic guns.
- Interpret engineering drawings bills of materials and process sheets.
- Perform routine in-process and final quality checks to ensure components align and function to specifications.
- Adhere to Company Health & Safety (H&S) regulations including COSHH and maintain a clean 5S workspace.
- Assembly experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
- Ability to read manufacturing drawings & work autonomously.
