Role Description:

Park Hill Real Estate is seeking an experienced industry professional for its European Distribution Team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership interpersonal client management and analytical and writing skills as well as demonstrate exemplary work ethic attention to detail mentorship and the ability to work well both independently and within teams.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
> Be responsible for marketing 10 to 15 products across the risk spectrum of real estate funds joint ventures and direct asset/portfolios from core plus to opportunistic;
> Provide expert product and market content as a trusted advisor to Park Hill clients;
> Currently possess and further cultivate a deep understanding of real estate fund as well as other product offerings and the ability to sell consultatively;

> Embrace a culture of collaboration and teamwork;
> Willing to travel extensively keep meticulous records and work very closely with project management team and senior partners;
> Understand the differentiated investment processes across our client base have excellent follow up skills and a proven ability to close commitments.

Qualifications:

PJT Partners seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated intelligent and have demonstrated excellence in prior addition qualified candidates will possess the following:
> Prior experience in the real estate or related private equity field (i.e. acquisitions capital raising fund formation etc) ideally in a distribution capacity
> UK regulatory licenses or willingness to obtain these licenses
> Proven track record in current role
> Demonstrable track record of building long-term client relationships
> Strong knowledge of the markets / competitive landscape
> Ability to work in a dynamic environment and to handle multiple projects at a time
> A self-starter but with the ability to work effectively as part of a global team
> Confident and self-aware with excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
