Job Summary
CORE PURPOSE
We require an enterprising data-driven Maths Teacher to deliver high-quality mathematics instruction across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. KEY TASKS & DAILY OPERATIONS

Rigorous Examination Preparation: Guide Key Stage 4 cohorts systematically through the demands of terminal Foundation and Higher tier GCSE Mathematics papers utilizing targeted retrieval practices to secure high-grade attainment.
Data-Led Progress Tracking: Implement high-impact formative assessment routines meticulously analyzing mock scripts to eliminate misconceptions and deploy immediate structured interventions.

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognized equivalent teaching credential paired with a strong honors degree in Mathematics Statistics Engineering or a closely related quantitative discipline.
Pedagogical Capability: A proven track record or clear capacity to deliver strong progress metrics in terminal public GCSE examinations through structured context-first mathematics pedagogy.
