Master Vehicle Technician - SEAT / CUPRA Leeds

Salary: 42400 OTE

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Master Vehicle Technician to join our SEAT / CUPRA team in Leeds West this role youll be working on delivering high quality servicing diagnostics and repair work to exacting standards. Youll play a key role in making sure every vehicle leaves the workshop performing at its best.

As a Master Vehicle Technician your day-to-day will include:

• Carry out accurate repairs servicing and diagnostics on motor vehicles to manufacturer standards completing all required documentation.
• Ensure all work is delivered to the highest quality within agreed timescales and in line with brand and industry guidelines.
• Provide clear diagnostic reports and communicate effectively with the Workshop Manager on required repairs.
• Assess vehicle condition document additional work as needed and liaise with other departments to ensure efficient servicing and repairs.

What were looking for in a Master Vehicle Technician:

• Level 3 IMI in Light Vehicle Maintenance
• Proven experience as a Master Vehicle Technician
• Previous experience working with Volkswagen Group (VAG) vehicles is essential
• Full UK driving licence (free from excessive penalties)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication to explain technical issues clearly
• Customer-first attitude
