Job Length: 12 Month FTC Full Time (35 hours)

About the role:

We are now recruiting for a Master Data Executive which plays a key role within our business ensuring timely and accurate data maintenance within a controlled Data Governance framework spanning create change inactive and data profiling and modelling.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain master data across SAP and other business systems ensuring accuracy consistency and integrity of data and associated hierarchies.
• Coordinate product packaging BOM and formulation data creation ensuring information meets business requirements and industry standards including GS1 compliance.
• Support the design testing and implementation of process improvements and system enhancements to increase data quality and operational efficiency.
• Perform data maintenance validation and cleansing activities ensuring business-critical systems contain accurate reliable and up-to-date information.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across the business IT and project functions to align master data standards and support effective system operations.
• Monitor and report on master data performance providing regular updates insights and progress reports to stakeholders and project teams.
• Support key initiatives by handling testing implementation user training and continued assistance to encourage business adoption and organisational change.

Experience and Key Attributes:

• Experience in Master Data Management or a similar Shared Services Supply Chain or Finance role.
• Solid SAP MM knowledge and experience.
• Understanding of supply chain data including BOMs recipes procurement costing and production processes.
• Advanced Excel skills with proficiency in PowerPoint and Visio.
• Knowledge of Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Good attention to detail structured approach and problem-solving capability.
• Understanding of master data governance and data quality best practices.
• Accountable organised and committed to delivering high-quality work first time.
