Office Attendance Our hybrid working model gives you the best of both worlds - flexibility to work from home and valuable face-to-face time with colleagues. This role typically requires 2 days per week onsite.

Why this role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead on growth initiatives within our Partnerships portfolio (focusing on Gift Cards and Travel Money) through a combination of customer led marketing personalisation and team leadership.
As Marketing & Proposition Lead (known internally as Marketing Lead) youll be responsible for leading a team who manage end-to-end marketing activity with a focus on driving customer engagement commercial performance and long-term business growth as well as shaping the delivery of business priorities which enable personalisation.
What youll be doing
Lead performance driven marketing planning and delivery across paid owned and CRM channels optimising customer acquisition/retention and revenue growth.
Work with Commercial and Product teams to prioritise marketing opportunities unlock incremental growth and deliver against trading objectives.
Own and report on marketing performance using data testing and optimisation to improve conversion efficiency and return on marketing investment.
Lead and develop a high-performing team creating a culture of collaboration innovation and accountability.
Driving forward fundamental personalisation capabilities within IMS to improve audience targeting and enable seamless customers journeys in future.
Developing a process for integrating Gift Card products into Tescos Adobe platform in order to unlock personalisation and targeting opportunities.
Identify and deliver tactical personalisation opportunities across CRM retargeting paid media and onsite channels.
What were looking for (minimum criteria)
Experience leading performance marketing customer growth or acquisition strategies that deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
Strong track record of using channel performance data and insight to optimise investment and drive growth.
Experience developing and delivering integrated campaigns across paid owned and CRM channels.
Ability to measure channel contribution identify opportunities and make recommendations to improve efficiency and ROI.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across Commercial Product Data and Marketing teams.
Experience leading coaching and developing high performing teams.

Experience in retail financial services or partnership-led businesses.
Experience in personalisation CRM or customer growth programmes.
Knowledge of customer data platforms audience targeting and marketing technology.
Experience working with loyalty Clubcard or data-driven customer engagement strategies.
