Hours: 37 Hours Per Week (Evening & Weekend working as required)
Salary: 29850 per annum
Location: Hot Desks across Birmingham Museum Sites / Hybrid
Lead marketing campaigns that bring Birminghams rich cultural heritage to thousands of visitors across nine iconic museum venues. Shape how the citys stories reach mass audiences through innovative cross-platform campaigns.
Youll implement marketing campaigns using everything from out-of-home advertising to paid digital and partnership campaigns. Working with colleagues across the organisation youll deliver campaigns that expand our reach to new audiences.
This role directly impacts visitor attendance and income across Birmingham Museums venues. Youll manage specific campaign budgets and work with the Brand & Marketing Manager to deliver measurable results.
- An understanding of the Trusts commitment to equality diversity and inclusion
- Experience of working within a relevant marketing role - where you have led on a creative campaign engaging underserved audiences
- Experience of planning delivering and evaluating campaigns
- The ability work efficiently in a team
- An eye for design to help create effective visual campaigns
- A keen interest in museums as well as the culture sector in Birmingham and the wider region
