Marketing Manager

  Reporting into the Head of Product & Marketing the Marketing Manager is responsible for the marketing and communications activity with a primary focus on external activity to support business development goals and the development of the Telent brand within target market sectors.

  This role can predominantly be performed from home however travel into London as well as our Warwick or Farnborough offices may be required on occasion.

  Please note this role is offered on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract basis.

  What youll do:

  • Development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans that comprise the complete spectrum of marketing activity.
  • Act as the single point of contact for all marketing and communications activities aligned to specific business areas including events exhibitions awards external communications and content.
  • Managing in a proactive and planned coordinated approach the production of external communications plus related social media (organic and sponsored) and website content.
  • Events and exhibitions stand planning organising attendance and marketing participation.
  • Planning and creation of sales enablement assets such as presentations data sheets and case studies.
  • Manage the agreed marketing plan and budget throughout the financial year ensuring all activities planned and delivered both on time and within budget.
  • Support the continued integration of Telent into M Group by developing and delivering marketing activities that strengthen market positioning communicate combined capabilities and support business growth across key sectors.

  Who you are:

  You have previous Marketing experience ideally gained from a technology engineering infrastructure or related B2B environment. You are confident managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders have a strong understanding of brand integrity and ensure every activity reflects the business consistently while supporting strategic growth objectives.

  Key Requirements:

  • CIM certificate or diploma
  • Experience of email marketing automation systems website CMS and sponosred Linkedin Campaigns
  • Strong organisational skills and demonstrable experience of achieving challenging deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels including with internal and external colleagues customers and partners.
  • Understanding of brand integrity and governance
  • Commercially minded with a focus on supporting business growth and lead generation
