Were recruiting for a fantastic opportunity with our client a large and growing organisation seeking a Talent Acquisition Marketing Executive to join their Talent Acquisition team.

This is a great role for a graduate or junior marketer looking to build experience across social media content creation employer branding and recruitment marketing while taking ownership of a standalone position.

What Youll Be Doing

• Managing recruitment marketing campaigns across social media and careers channels
• Creating engaging content including copy graphics and video
• Supporting the launch of a new employer brand
• Coordinating recruitment events and careers fairs
• Managing the careers inbox and supporting recruitment activity
• Working closely with internal stakeholders to showcase employee stories and attraction campaigns

What Were Looking For

• Marketing recruitment HR or administration experience
• Strong social media and content creation skills
• Experience using Canva and digital marketing platforms
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive self-starter mindset with the confidence to work independently
