The successful candidate will design and deliver research projects that generate meaningful customer healthcare landscape and wider innovation research insights. They will work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand key challenges identify opportunities and turn data into actionable recommendations that support decision-making and business day you will Lead the end-to-end delivery of research projects from design and fieldwork through to analysis reporting and as a trusted research expert advising colleagues on robust and effective research approaches particularly qualitative the most appropriate research methods to answer business challenges and information closely with teams across NHS Supply Chain to identify develop and deliver research and insight complex findings into engaging stories and actionable insights for a wide range of audiences. Build strong relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders to support collaborative to the wider research programme delivering impactful insights at both operational and strategic levels.
