Key Responsibilities
Operating manual turning and thread milling machinery
Machining components to engineering drawings and specifications
Deburring and finishing machined parts
Carrying out quality inspections to ensure products meet required standards
Machine set-up and routine maintenance activities
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across production
Maintaining a safe organised and efficient working environment
Assisting with training and knowledge sharing where required
About You
Time-served apprenticeship or equivalent manufacturing qualification
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Strong understanding of machining processes and quality standards
Good numerical and problem-solving skills
Experience with additional manual machining equipment would be advantageous
