• Lead the delivery of highquality projects setting clear expectations and building trusted relationships with clients through proactive engagement and exceptional service.
• Support and develop emerging talent contributing to a positive inclusive and collaborative team culture where people can grow and thrive.
• Work closely with senior leaders to help shape and strengthen a highvalue profitable service offering that reflects our commitment to technical excellence innovation and client outcomes.
• Apply strong commercial and contractual understandingparticularly of the NEC suiteto ensure projects are delivered with rigour clarity and commercial discipline.
• Bring a proactive commercially minded and purposedriven approach that consistently adds value for clients and enhances the reputation of our business.
• Support and manage teams and junior staff in the delivery of quantity surveying and commercial management services.
• Proactive involvement in the development of our services through not only enhancing the relationships we currently have but also nurturing new one

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent relevant experience with progress towards professional chartership (RICS or equivalent).
• Extensive experience with common forms of UK Construction contracts.
• Experience in cost planning estimating benchmarking and commercial management within infrastructure construction or related sectors.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret data identify trends and communicate insights effectively.
• Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office applications cost management tools and data analysis software
• Strong stakeholder management communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build effective client relationships.
• A proactive and innovative approach with strong organisational skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Experience leading business development and or account management activities for major construction clients.
