- Lead the delivery of highquality projects setting clear expectations and building trusted relationships with clients through proactive engagement and exceptional service.
- Support and develop emerging talent contributing to a positive inclusive and collaborative team culture where people can grow and thrive.
- Work closely with senior leaders to help shape and strengthen a highvalue profitable service offering that reflects our commitment to technical excellence innovation and client outcomes.
- Apply strong commercial and contractual understandingparticularly of the NEC suiteto ensure projects are delivered with rigour clarity and commercial discipline.
- Bring a proactive commercially minded and purposedriven approach that consistently adds value for clients and enhances the reputation of our business.
- Support and manage teams and junior staff in the delivery of quantity surveying and commercial management services.
- Proactive involvement in the development of our services through not only enhancing the relationships we currently have but also nurturing new one
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent relevant experience with progress towards professional chartership (RICS or equivalent).
- Extensive experience with common forms of UK Construction contracts.
- Experience in cost planning estimating benchmarking and commercial management within infrastructure construction or related sectors.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret data identify trends and communicate insights effectively.
- Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office applications cost management tools and data analysis software
- Strong stakeholder management communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build effective client relationships.
- A proactive and innovative approach with strong organisational skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Experience leading business development and or account management activities for major construction clients.

Security clearance
This role may require security clearance and offers of employment will be dependent on obtaining the relevant level of clearance. If this is necessary it will be discussed with you at interview.
