What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Managing Director:

• Leading the overall performance of the company taking full accountability for operational delivery and financial P&L
• Delivering sustainable revenue and profit growth through disciplined commercial leadership
• Developing and executing the multi-year business plan agreed with the Board
• Building mentoring and developing a high-performing senior executive leadership team
• Fostering a culture of accountability collaboration innovation and continuous improvement
• Strengthening operational systems governance and reporting to support scalable growth
• Identifying new commercial opportunities across public and private sectors
• Building and maintaining trusted relationships with clients local authorities partners and key stakeholders

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent executive qualification
• Proven experience leading a business or major division with annual revenues between 10m and 20m
• Full Profit and Loss (P&L) accountability with a track record of expanding margins and scaling operations
• Strong track record building structuring and empowering senior management teams
• Excellent commercial financial and strategic decision-making abilities
• Experience within property construction facilities management housing infrastructure or regeneration
• Authentic visible and emotionally intelligent leadership style that combines accountability with coaching
• Commercially driven approach balanced with high integrity and strong values
