- Full-time (1.0 FTE) appointment on an ongoing basis.
- Base salary range: $134288 $142099 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.
About the area
You will join the Strategy Planning and Performance function within the Office of the Chief Financial Officer the Universitys central hub for strategic analysis institutional planning and performance monitoring. This area supports senior leaders and governance bodies through highquality data analytics and reporting enabling informed decisionmaking across teaching research finance and operations.
About the opportunity
- Lead the Universitys enterprisewide performance analytics function delivering highquality data dashboards and insights that inform executive governance and regulatory decisionmaking.
- Partner closely with senior leaders and planning teams to translate complex institutional sector and market data into clear insights that support strategic planning budgeting forecasting and performance monitoring.
- Build and uplift analytics capability by setting standards for data governance analytical methodologies and reporting while leading and developing a highperforming team of analytics professionals.
About you
- Proven experience leading enterpriselevel performance analytics reporting or business intelligence functions
- Strong capability in data modelling statistical analysis forecasting trend analysis and performance measurement
- Experience developing dashboards reporting products and analytical methodologies that support executive and governance decisionmaking
- Ability to communicate complex insights clearly and influence senior stakeholders through evidencebased advice
- Excellent people leadership planning and organisational skills with experience managing teams and competing priorities
