Manager, Corporate Strategy

As a Senior Manager you will lead high-impact strategic projects and initiatives translating Group strategic priorities into actionable plans and outcomes. You will be responsible for structuring complex problems shaping recommendations and driving cross-functional alignment to ensure delivery of strategic initiatives while supporting the development of junior team members.

• Lead end-to-end strategy projects from problem definition through execution alignment
• Define analytical approaches integrate diverse inputs and translate insights into recommendations
• Shape strategic initiatives including growth strategy market entry and investment opportunities
• Drive components of the strategic planning process synthesising inputs into priorities and trade-offs
• Lead cross-functional initiatives ensuring alignment pace and delivery against strategic objectives
• Develop materials for senior leadership to support informed decision-making
• Manage and coach junior team members ensuring high-quality outputs and professional development

Qualifications :

• Demonstrable experience (5 yrs) in corporate strategy strategy consulting investment banking or a related analytical field
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to frame and structure ambiguous problems and translate insights into clear recommendations
• Proven track record of leading strategic projects or workstreams delivering high-quality outcomes
• Experience developing and evaluating growth strategies investment cases and market opportunities
• Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders driving alignment across functions
• Experience managing or coaching junior team members ensuring quality and development
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership
