Job Summary

6 Month Contract With A Local Authority

Job Purpose

To provide high-quality management information reporting and analytical support to the service through the production of professional reports presentations and data-driven insights. The postholder will support informed decision-making by analysing information presenting findings clearly and managing competing priorities effectively.




Key Responsibilities
  • Produce high-quality reports briefings and PowerPoint presentations on a wide range of topics.
  • Analyse and interpret data to provide meaningful insights and support decision-making.
  • Present complex information clearly and concisely using plain English.
  • Support the preparation of management information performance reports and statistical analysis.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data used within reports and presentations.
  • Work to multiple deadlines and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather information and understand reporting requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Use IT systems and reporting tools effectively to produce management information outputs.


Requirements
  • Experience producing professional reports and presentations.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write in plain English.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and manage conflicting deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Working Pattern: 2 days remote / 3 days office-based
  • Pay: Bi-Weekly
  • Location: Southwark London
  • Hours: 36 Per Week
