Management Information Analyst

Were looking for a Management Information Analyst to join our Retail Annuities team supporting how data is used to drive decisions across the business. This is a hands-on technical role where youll work closely with stakeholders to turn complex data into meaningful insights.

What youll be doing:

• Delivering high-quality management information to business stakeholders
• Writing SQL queries to extract and combine data from multiple sources
• Building and maintaining datasets from scratch
• Translating stakeholder requirements into data solutions
• Producing analysis to support pricing sales and operational decisions
• Improving reporting processes and data quality
• Working across teams to understand and solve data challenges
• Supporting both BAU reporting and project-based work

Who were looking for:

• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
• Advanced Excel capability including pivot tables and lookups
• Experience building datasets and transforming data
• Proven experience delivering MI or reporting outputs
• Strong problem-solving mindset with proactive approach
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Confident stakeholder communicator
• Experience with BI tools or Snowflake (nice to have)
