Youll join our Process Integration and Management team in a role that goes beyond standard operations. As part of a dynamic and supportive environment youll help support critical service processes across change problem and major incident management.
This is an opportunity to develop broad ITIL experience while working collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers. Youll provide business-hours support for change control and join the teams on-call rota to support major incident management when required.
What youll do
- Provide business-hours support for change control helping to maintain governance and compliance throughout the change lifecycle.
- Contribute to Problem Management by identifying trends analysing root causes and supporting resolution planning.
- Participate in a typically one-in-four-week on-call rota to support Major Incident Management following escalation from the Computacenter Service Desk.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to support effective service outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What youll need
- Experience or an understanding of Major Incident Management.
- An understanding of Change and Problem Management within an ITIL environment.
- Strong communication decision-making stakeholder engagement and proactive working skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexibility to participate in an on-call rota and respond to critical incidents when required.
- UK Government SC clearance.

You may not have every skill listed but youll be willing to ask questions learn and build your capability with support from the team.
