• Maintaining our historic gardens lawns flower beds and landscaped grounds to a high standard.
• Planting pruning weeding watering and caring for seasonal displays throughout the year.
• Operating and maintaining gardening machinery and equipment safely.
• Preparing our outdoor spaces for weddings events and guest enjoyment.
• Keeping pathways entrances and outdoor areas clean tidy and safe.
• Assisting with landscaping projects and ongoing improvements across the estate.
• Monitoring the health of plants trees and shrubs identifying and reporting any issues.
• Supporting our sustainability initiatives and helping protect the natural beauty of the estate.

Previous experience in gardening horticulture or grounds maintenance.
A genuine passion for gardening and the outdoors.
Pride in delivering exceptional standards and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
A positive proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider team.
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Experience using gardening machinery and tools safely.
