We are hiring for our client a successful and growing manufacturing business in Newry who are seeking to appoint a Maintenance Supervisor to lead their engineering function.
This Maintenance Supervisor job offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to step into a leadership role or for an established Maintenance Supervisor seeking a new challenge. The successful Maintenance Supervisor will manage a team of engineers drive maintenance performance and help ensure the reliability and efficiency of manufacturing operations.

The Role
- Lead motivate and develop a team of maintenance engineers
- Coordinate planned preventative maintenance activities
- Manage reactive maintenance and minimise production downtime

- Monitor maintenance KPIs and drive performance improvements
- Work closely with production teams to maximise plant efficiency
- Support training and development within the engineering team
The Person
- Previous experience within a manufacturing maintenance environment
- Experience leading or supervising engineering teams
- Strong electrical and/or mechanical maintenance background
- Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Relevant engineering qualification desirable
